Who we are

HO BAR provides bar services for events in Israel. This policy covers information you give us through the website, WhatsApp, phone and the lead forms in our Facebook and Instagram (Meta) ads.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email (if given) and the event details you choose to share: event type, date, number of guests and your message.

When you fill in a lead form in a Meta ad, Meta passes us only the details you entered in that form.

You are not legally required to give us this information, but without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you with a quote.

How we use it

To get back to you, prepare a quote, arrange and deliver the service you book, and improve our advertising (for example, counting how many enquiries each ad brought in).

We will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate: website hosting, our enquiry management system, Meta (when the enquiry came from its ad) and our ad management tools. They receive only what the service needs, for that purpose only.

We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact and then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them (for example, accounting records of a completed booking).

Information is stored in secured systems, with access limited to people who need it for their work.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may ask to see, correct or delete your information, and ask us not to contact you again. Send a request on WhatsApp or call 054-665-3455 and we will handle it within 30 days.
